even though they dont produse smoke,do anyone know if you can use them in pubs in wales?

I'm in Scotland, we've had the ban over a year now and I use one in the pub - there's nothing wrong with using it - it creates no smoke or smell and if anyone wants to know what ur doing tell them to **** off.
