we had our christmas lunch in the hilton at the city centre. it might not be a great place but its not bad. you might still be able to book it.

Your best bet is to make a list of all the locations you are interested in having your Christmas party at and call them to see if they can accommodate a group of this size, if they have any availability and how much it would cost.
Find out as soon as possible so you can make the reservations now.
