Romantic restaurants in Cardiff?

I'm about to celebrate an anniversary with my girlfriend; I've done everything apart from book a restaurant.

On occasions like this, I like to book a memorable venue that has an element of 'wow' about it. In the past we've eaten at places like the Roof Gardens (Kensington High Street), Circus (Covent Garden), Dartmouth Apprentice (Dartmouth!), The Orangery (Danesfield House, Marlow). All of these have this wow factor (for very different reasons), whilst serving fantastic food.

This time we're staying in Cardiff city centre; can anyone recommend a great place to eat - somewhere that we'll remember?

Any help would be great!

Visit the Castle for some history and views around the city, take a walk from there along the River Taff; Millennium Stadium for the new iconic building and sliding roof (Cardiff Arms Park no longer exists); St Davids shopping centre for most of the best shops; the market for a different sort of shopping; Cardiff Bay and Barrage for the scenery, including the Millennium Centre, and technology plus plenty of places to eat and drink.

I'd look around the Cardiff bay area possibly, i've heard some really fancy restaurants around there

There was Miller and Carter Restaurant and Bar which is located in the Bay close to the Red Dragon Centre and the Future Inn. It’s a chain restaurant specialising in steaks.

Or you could go to the Bosphorus Turkish Restaurant a restaurant, it’s located on a modern pier sticking out into the Bay from Mermaid Quay. The menu consists of modern turkish food along with european fish dishes. http://www.cardiff-bay-restaurants.co.uk/bosphorus-turkish-restaurant/#more-181
